Chapter3: Humility in the life of Jesus

My questions during this chapter:

" The not I, in which Paul expresses his relation to Christ, is the very spirit of what Christ says of his relation the Father."

When is it that i use this is my daily life?  DO i do it at all? Does Romans 7:18 still ring true in my heart?- For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh. For I have the desire to do what is right, but not the ability to carry it out.

Nothing good.
Do i count myself empty to be filled only by God?
Is My nothingness, so God might be all, made evident to those around me?
Is my dependence on Christ truly a deep & utter dependence if i was not truly seeking after it with such humility?

"The root of all virtue and grace, of all faith and acceptable worship, it that we know that we have nothing but what we recieve, and bow in deepest humility to wait upon God for it. "

Amen,

This is what we are to apply to achieve this level of humility.
May we all join together as we bow in humility of the one true KING.
